Deliveries & Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the last item in your order.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision before the cancellation period expires. You can do this by contacting our Customer Services team by email at info@cooksdepot.co.uk

Orders from the UK website can only be delivered to UK addresses and that in placing an order the customer confirms that s/he is purchasing the product from within the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Please note we cannot deliver to British Forces posted overseas (BFPO), addresses or PO Box addresses.
We currently offer one delivery option:

Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, but exclude public holidays. Every effort will be made to meet these delivery timescales, but this cannot be guaranteed in some parts of the UK. We do not currently deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. The following list shows which post codes this may apply to:

Cooks Mart operates a standard product pricing policy in the UK and the Channel Islands, meaning that customers are charged the same prices irrespective of where they live. We believe that price integrity within any currency zone is important. Therefore, no tax refunds will be granted for orders placed and shipped to the Channel Islands.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Exercising your right to change your mind
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason and receive a refund.
The cancellation period will end 14 days from the day on which you, or a person nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the final item in your order. If your order is delivered in multiple parts on different days, the cancellation period will end 14 days after the day the last item is received.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract before the cancellation period expires. You may do this by providing a clear statement by email or post. Using our returns form is optional.
If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel.
Once the returned goods have been received, we will issue a refund for all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a non-standard delivery option).
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods.
Returns Policy
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will reimburse you not later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods, using the same means of payment as for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (testing of the relevant goods only as is possible and customary in a shop).
